Born in San Diego, California, attended high-school at Father Duenas Memorial High School in Guam, USA, and graduated with a degree in Associate of Arts, Management, Los Angeles Valley College, and Business Administration, Marketing, from California State University, Los Angeles.  He also obtained his Ryan Designated Subject Teaching Credential at University of California, Los Angeles, which he used as an adult education and ESL instructor.  Most of his business experience has been mainly in the private sector organizations from banking/insurance underwriting fields, and retail, in both store management and retail buyer.  He also worked in the public sector for a large California public water agency.  Randy has been a Maui resident since 1996 after relocating from Los Angeles, and Full-Time Realtor since 1997.  As a resident of Maui, he has served on many community organizations including Board Director for the Maui AIDS Foundation, acting as Chair and Co-chair of numerous fundraising events,  Board Director and Treasurer of his local church, Board Director and Chair of various committees for the Realtors Assn. of Maui, and currently a Founding Member and Board of Director for AREAA , Aloha Chapter (Asian Real Estate Assn. of America).  He also actively serves as a volunteer driver for the local meals-on-wheels program, “Hale KauKau”, and for the annual Women Helping Women fundraiser.  In his spare time, Randy has a passion for world cultures and traveling, languages, painting, reading, art, concerts/theater, dining out, loves hanging out with his family and friends, enjoys daily swims in the ocean, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, and most important, “Power Lounging” on the BEACH…PRICELESS!   Just another day in PARADISE!
